Audience
This seminar is targeted for board members of land conservancies (or other nonprofit conservation organizations) and their staff engaged in fundraising. To optimize this learning experience, we recommend that more than one person from each organization attend this training.
About the Instructor
David Allen is the principle for Development for Conservation LLC, a consulting business specializing in fund development for nonprofit conservation organizations. David’s background includes 25 years working in membership fundraising, major donor development, communications, and marketing. He has worked for The Nature Conservancy and for the Sand County Foundation, devoting his professional career to help conservation organizations and land conservancies pursue excellence in all aspects of their conservation endeavors. David has conducted workshops for the Land Trust Alliance and has worked with several Michigan land conservancies.
