February 21, 2012 - Grand Ledge, MI –Heart of the Lakes Center for Land Conservation Policy announced today that as of December 31, 2011, its member land conservancies accumulatively conserve 560,000 acres of Michigan land. The total, compiled as a result of the 2011 Heart of the Lakes’ Annual Acres Protected Survey, is 12,662 more acres than were reported in conservation for 2010. Read More
